Sun Yat-sen/"Memento" & Li Yuanhong types (L&M 42-62 / 1026)
(t) CHINA. Dollar, ND (1912). PCGS MS-63 Gold Shield.
L&M-42; K-603; KM-Y-319; WS-0085. Lower five-pointed stars variety. Sharply struck with bountiful luster in the fields with a few scattered marks. Weakly struck on Sun Yat-sen's mustache as usual. Altogether, a very pleasing example of this desirable early Republican type.
