Circulating Contemporary Counterfeit U.S. Coins
1835 Contemporary Counterfeit Capped Bust Half Dollar. Die Struck. Davignon Obverse 12. Fine.
Only a few of the letters on the edge are present. As Davignon-12, but with an unpublished reverse. Struck in non-precious metal by counterfeiters to be spent alongside regular U.S. Mint coinage.
