1907 Lincoln Birth Centennial Wall Plaque. By Victor David Brenner. Cunningham 24-060Bz, King-1146. Cast Bronze. Extremely Fine.

180 mm x 240 mm. Attractive golden-brown patina overall, the front with a few scattered spots, couple of swirls of ancient verdigris on the back. Ready for wall hanging, a loop with ring is neatly attached to the top back. Two mounts for screw are also present on that side, at left and right. All design elements on the front are bold and clear, and there are no marks of note on either side. A lovely example and quite popular as the precursor of the famous portrait seen on the Lincoln cent from 1909 to the present day.
