1860 Rail Splitter of the West Medal. Cunningham 1-500B, King-38, DeWitt-AL 1860-41. Gilt Brass. MS-64 (NGC).
28 mm. Pierced for suspension. Satin to semi-reflective surfaces are sharply struck with vivid golden-yellow patina. Exceptional Choice Mint State quality for this popular type from Lincoln's presidential campaign of 1860.
