MIXED LOTS. Sextet of Silver Denarii (6 Pieces), Severus Alexander, A.D. 222-235. All NGC Certified.
Encompassing the entirety of the reign of Severus Alexander, this mix presents portraits of a youthful emperor who grew into young adulthood. All are rather well preserved (grades ranging from EF to MS) with light toning and and a good deal of shimmering brilliance. No duplication is observed on the reverses of these examples, making for an excellent dealer selection.
