Varbanov-4290. Obverse: Busts of Philip, bareheaded, and Serapis, draped and wearing calathus, facing one another; Reverse: Homonoia standing left, holding cornucopia and patera. Rather sharply struck on the obverse, offering alluring green-brown surfaces with a somewhat glossy nature.
