KM-Unlisted. Bust of 1912. A sharply struck and very attractive example displaying crisp frosted design elements with hard flashy surfaces displaying light mottled gray tone adding to its pleasing appearance. A VERY RARE and highly interesting pattern utilizing an old obverse die from the previous 1910 issues coupled with the new reverse die. The obverse displays minor signs of die rust confirming its age whereas the reverse die is quite fresh free of any blemish. A seldom encountered pattern sure to excite many collectors looking for odd and curious issues to add depth to their collection.
