No. 6758. Plate A. PF-3. Cr 494. Printed by Keatinge & Ball, Columbia, SC. Except for hugging the frame line along the top border, this would be an even more desirable, fully framed Gem. Not much different in appearance from the PMG Gem Unc 66 EPQ listed previously.
