Fr-74; KM-383.10. Tied for third finest certified with one other example on either the NGC or PCGS population reports only surpassed by two pieces (PCGS MS 64 and NGC MS 65). A VERY RARE issue in this state of preservation. A lovely high grade example exhibiting a crisp bold strike with clearly defined design elements on both sides and cartwheel luster that pops out when rotated in the light. Another tough to locate mint is this state of preservation destine for a fine cabinet from an advanced collector.
