Saigon. A seldom encountered date of February 20th, 1920 is found on this 5 Piastres note. Dark purple ink stands out on the face, with light gray ink on the reverse. The front of the note displays ships at left with flowers at bottom center, and the reverse displays a dragon. Pinholes are mentioned for accuracy.
