The front proof is found printed on bright paper with a bold design, and the reverse is found printed in dark green ink with an ornate design with the "500" denomination displays 10 times throughout the design. The front proof PMG comments "Repaired, Pieces Added" and the back proof PMG comments "Tears" and it is also missing the top left corner.
