SP66 | Canada, Elizabeth II (1952-), gold specimen Twenty Dollars, 1967, Royal Canadian Mint, from proof like set struck to commemorate the Centenary of the Canadian Confederation in 1867, crowned head right, Latin legend reads ELIZABETH II D. G. REGINA, rev. Canadian coat of arms with date, surrounding CANADA 20 DOLLARS (KM 71). Appealing, seemingly cheated of a cameo designation, graded by NGC as SP66, only two graded higher.

NGC Certification 6321978-001.

Calendar Year Mintage 334,288.

The Latin legend on obverse translates as “Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, Queen”.
