PF69 UCAM | Elizabeth II (1952 -), gold proof Five Pounds, 2008, struck to celebrate 450 years since the Accession of Elizabeth I, crowned head right, IRB below for designer Ian Rank-Broadley, Latin legend and border surrounding, ELIZABETH II. D. G. REG. F. D., rev. design by Rod Kelly, portrait of Elizabeth I surrounded by four Tudor Roses at the centre points of four connecting arches, with two side panels containing details of carvings made by Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester, encircled by the inscription ‘ELIZABETH REGINA’ above and ‘MDLVIII and MMVIII’ below, edge inscription ‘I HAVE REIGNED WITH YOUR LOVES’, 39.94g (S.L18). As struck, accompanied by original Royal Mint box with certificate of authenticity, graded by NGC as PF69 Ultra Cameo.
