MS65 Victoria (1837-1901), gold Sovereign, 1887, Jubilee type crowned bust left, J.E.B. initials on truncation for engraver Joseph Edgar Boehm, angled J, VICTORIA D: G: BRITT: REG: F: D:, rev. St. George and dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue, 7.97g (DISH L7; S.3866). A magnificent example graded by NGC as MS65, minimally bag-marked with crisp devices, fully lustrous, the joint highest certified of this type by either NGC or PCGS.
