Description
Barbarous imitation of Theodosius I folles. Circa late 4th/early 5th century AD. Ae (bronze, 4.43 g, 21 mm). Pearl-diademed bust right. Rev. Theodosius standing facing, head right on ship, raising right hand; Victory at helm; wreath in left field. Very fine.
