SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Tryphon, 142-138 BC. Ae (silver, 3.81 g, 16 mm), Antioch. Diademed head of Tryphon to right. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ / TPYΦΩNOΣ - AYTOKPATOPOΣ Spiked Macedonian helmet with cheek guard to left; adorned with wild goat's horn above visor: in inner left field, monogram of AP. SC 2033. Very fine.
