Description
SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Antiochos II Theos, 261-246 BC. Ae (bronze, 1.27 g, 8 mm), Antioch on the Orontes. Laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. BAΣΙ ANTI Apollo seated to left on omphalos, holding arrow and resting elbow on kithara. HGC 9. 291; SC 574. Nearly very fine. Rare.
