SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Vespasian, with Titus as Caesar, 69-79. Tetradrachm (silver, 13.20 g, 23 mm). [ΑΥΤΟΚΡΑΤ ΚΑΙΣΑ ΟΥΕΣΠΑΣΙΑΝΟΥ] Laureate head of Vespasian to left, with slight drapery on his left shoulder, set on eagle with spread wings standing left. Rev. [T ΦΛΑΥΙ ΟΥΕΣΠ ΚΑΙΣ ΕΤΟΥΣ ΝΕΟΥ ΙΕΡΟΥ] / B Laureate head of Titus to right; to left, lituus. McAlee 331; Prieur 109; RPC II 1944. Good fine.
