Description
Arab Byzantine. Umayyad Caliphate, circa 641-660 AD. Fals (bronze, 3.83 g, 23 mm). Pseudo-Byzantine type, imitating the types of Constans II. Standing imperial figure, holding globus cruciger and long cross. Rev. Large M, cross above, legend around; c/m. Nearly very fine.
