Illegible inscription, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right / [ΠЄΛΛHNЄ]ΩN, Asklepios standing left, holding serpent-entwined staff.

This is a very characteristic variety of the usual representation of Asklepios: he holds his serpent-entwined staff differently and he doesn't lean on it.
