Although, normally attributed to Damascus based on the letters ΔΑΜ in the exergue, the bird perched atop the T-shaped standard also appears on issues of Tiberias (cf. SNAT 302). Thus it is possible that these ΔΑΜ issues with bird are from Tiberias, merely copying the fulus from the principal Umayyad mint at Damascus. From the Tareq Hani collection.
