Aelius (adopted son of Hadrian), as Caesar, AR Denarius. Rome, AD 137. L•AELIVS CAESAR, bare head to left / TR POT COS II, Felicitas standing facing, head to left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae. RIC II.3 2635; BMCRE 971 (Hadrian); RSC 52. 3.57g, 18mm, 6h.

Near Mint State; lustrous metal. Rare.
