Thrace, Odessos AR Tetradrachm. In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Circa 230-223 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, holding sceptre; ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ to right, [BΑ]ΣΙΛΕΩΣ to left, monogram in inner left field, monogram below throne. SNG Stancomb 247 (this coin); Price 2259; HGC 3.2, 1584. 16.68g, 29mm, 12h.
