A beautiful Roman bronze statue of the god Mercury, standing in a contrapposto position, his weight on his left leg. He holds a pigskin money bag in his right hand, and a separate cast caduceus in his left hand. The himation falls from the left shoulder and drapes over the left forearm. | Roman Imperial Period. 1st-2nd AD Century 54,2 g. 66,4 mm.
