Solid and refined early eighteenth century binding in full leather, nerve back with rich gold friezes, plates decorated with concentric motifs. Genuine specimen and in excellent condition. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful editions of this classic of ancient historiography. VERY RARE and sought after above all for the wide iconographic apparatus that offers the views of many cities involved in the historical facts commented by Cesare, including (Alessandria, Besancon, Brindisi, Marseille, Gergovia today Clemont-Ferrand, Alesia, Burges, Durazzo, etc. ..).
