SELEUKID KINGDOM. Seleukos I Nikator (312-281 BC). Ae. Sardes (5.34g/ 15mm). Obv: Winged head of Medusa right/ Rev: BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ΣΕΛΕΥΚOY. Bull butting right. Controls: Monogram above, crescent below. SC 6 var. (controls); HGC 9, 107a. Very fine, original patina.
