SASANIAN KINGS, Yazdgird II, (438-457 AD). Æ (1.50 gm; 15 mm). Standard issue, obverse, Yazdgird bust with standard crown turning right, letters "AW" for Ahwaz in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Choice VF. Original find patina. Extremely rare.
