Obverse, sasanian style bust turning right, name Jarir in Kufic in front of face, phrase APD on the second quarter, and phrase “ARS” (Ar(u)s? Meaning Stunning?) or Arun(?)-per Pakzadian) on the 3rd quarter reverse, fire altar with attendants, year 136 on the left, mint, TPURSTAN (Tabaristan) to the right. Lovely strike. Choice FDC.
