KING of PARTHIA. Arsakes XVI (78/7-62/1 BC). AR Drachm (4.04 gm; 19 mm). Rhagai mint. Diademed bust left, neck torque ends in sea-horse / Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on throne, holding bow. Sellwood 30.17 (Unknown king); Shore 136 (Orodes I); Sunrise 314. Nicely centered. Choice Good VF.
