Hormizd bust to the right with standard crown of his reign, traces of 2 additional pellets at the eagles beak seems to have been removed from the die for this issue (making it single pellet), reverse; fire altar with attendants and figure in the flame turning left, large dot on the fire altar, trace of mint abbreviations removed from the die at the bottom of the fire altar base.
