KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III. 336-323 BC. AR Drachm (4.04 gm; 17 mm). Kolophon mint. Struck under Philip III Arrhidaios, circa 322-317 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; star in left field, spear-head to outer right. Price 1759 corr. (date). Choice Good VF. Lightly toned.
