CILICIA. Colybrassus. Valerian II (Caesar, 256-258) . Obv: ΠOV ΛIK KOP OVAΛЄPIANON KAI CЄB. Bareheaded, draped and cuirassed bust right; below, eagle standing facing, head right, with wings spread; IA (mark of value) to right. Rev: KOΛVBPACCЄΩN. Tetrastyle temple, with eagle in pediment and containing Athena standing left, resting hand upon shield and sacrificing with patera over lighted altar to inner left. Ziegler -; SNG BN -; SNG Levante 349. Ex Dr. P. Vogl Collection; ex auction Münzhandlung Athena 3, lot 505 (15 May 1990; with auction ticket and collector's ticket). Very rare. Condition: Extremely Fine.
