EMPIRE OF THESSALONICA. Manuel Comnenus-Ducas (Despot, 1230-1237). Trachy.

Obv: Half-length facing bust of St. Demetrius, holding spear and sword-in-scabbard.
Rev: Manuel, holding cruciform sceptre and akakia, and Christ, crowning him, standing facing; star to right.
