KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great' (336-323 BC). Tetradrachm. Mesembria.

Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
Rev: BAΣIΛEΩΣ / AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ.
Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. Controls: In left field, Corinthian helmet above monogram; BY below throne.

Price 1071.

Condition: Good very fine, pit in the center on the reverse.
