SELEUKID KINGDOM. Antiochos I Soter (281-261 BC). Tetradrachm. Contemporary imitation of Seleukeia on the Tigris.

Obv: Diademed head right.
Rev: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ.
Apollo Delphios seated left on omphalos, resting hand upon bow and holding arrow. Controls: Monogram to outer left and right.

Cf. SC 379.3c (for prototype); cf. HGC 9, 128g (same).

Condition: Very fine.

Weight: 16.7 g.
Diameter: 30 mm.
