SELEUKID KINGDOM. Seleukos I Nikator (312-281 BC). Tetradrachm. Antigoneia or Seleukeia Pieria. Struck in the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon.

Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
Rev: ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ.
Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. Controls: X in left field, Φ below throne.

Price 3192; SC 28.1a; HGC 9, 9a.

Condition: Very fine.

Weight: 17.10 g.
Diameter: 27 mm.
