Switzerland, Solothurn AR-4 Franken or New Thaler (40.5 mm, 29.96 g, 6h). Solothurn mint, 1813.
Obv. SCHWEIZERE. – EIDSGENOSST., Frontal standing warrior in old costume with flag and shield with the inscription XIX / CANT·; in exergue value indication 4. FRANKEN.
Rev. CANTON - SOLOTHN, Crowned, oval cantonal coat of arms in a curved shield, between two laurel branches, below the year 1813.
Divo/Tobler 123, HMZ 2-855a, Simmen (SMK) 115.

Rare, especially in this magnificent condition, allegedly only 250 copies minted, extremely fine.
