Obv: IMP DIOCLETIANVS AVG, Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Diocletian to right.
Rev: IOVI CONSERVATORI AVG / XXIQ, Diocletian, on the left, holding parazonium in his left hand and receiving Victory on globe from Jupiter, on the right, holding long scepter in his left hand.
