Obv: FL HANNIBALLIANO REGI, Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Hannibalianus to right.
Rev: SECVRITAS PVBLICA / CONSS Euphrates reclining right, leaning on scepter; urn at side and reed in background.
