Issued mid-268, this coin depicts Postumus, dressed in military attire, as a restorer raising this kneeling female figure, identified as Orbis / Res Publica, personification of Roman territory, to the city of Rome, as Orbis can mean in Latin the words globe, world, universe or even country, region. In an absolutely superb state of preservation, Postumus' attire can be seen with great precision on the reverse, in particular the details of his cuirass and the pterygia on his belt. As for the female figure's clothing, the undulations of the folds are still clearly visible, as are her facial traits and the details of the cornucopia. It should be noted, however, that the coinage has not been perfectly centred, so the reverse legend is partially out of flan. Frappée au milieu de l'année 268, cette monnaie représente Postume, paré de sa tenue militaire, comme un restaurateur relevant ce personnage féminin agenouillé, identifiée comme Orbis / Res Publica, personnification du territoire romain, à la ville de Rome, puisqu'Orbis peut signifier en latin globe, monde, univers ou encore contrée, région. Dans un état de conservation absolument superbe, on peut toujours voir avec grande précision les atours de Postume au revers, notamment les détails de sa cuirasse ainsi que les ptéryges de sa ceinture. Quant aux vêtements du personnage féminin, on perçoit encore très bien les ondulations des plis, tout comme les traits de son visage et les détails de la corne d'abondance. Notons cependant que la frappe n'a pas été parfaitement centrée, si bien que la légende de revers se trouve partiellement hors-champ.
