IMP DIOCLETIANVS AVG Radiate and draped bust of Diocletian left in consular robes, holding eagle-tipped sceptre in his right hand. / IOVI AVGG Jupiter standing left, holding Victory on globe in his right hand and sceptre in his left hand; at feet to left an eagle; in exergue A. RIC 28. Scarce and attractive bust type. Nicely toned silvering. Minor area of weakness on the reverse. Almost extremely fine.
