IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG Bust of Gordian III right, radiate, draped and cuirassed. / VICTORIA AETERNA Victory standing left, leaning on shield, and holding a palm frond in her left hand; under shield, seated captive.

An interesting portrait with sideburns down to the chin. Harshly cleaned, minor area of weakness on the reverse. Very fine.
