Van Loon II, pp. 364-365, ii. A wonderful, perfectly struck piece, beautifully toned. Good extremely fine. It is interesting to note that the commander of the English ship, from which a sniper shot Tromp, was William Penn the Elder, father of the Quaker William Penn who founded Pennsylvania.
