Description
PHRYGIA. Apameia. Livia, Augusta, 14-29. Hemiassarion (Bronze, 14 mm, 3.11 g, 1 h), struck under her son, Tiberius, Marcus Manneius. ΣΕΒΑΣΤΗ Draped bust of Livia to right. Rev. MAP-KO[Σ] / MAN-NHI[O] / AΠAMEΩ[Ν] Club, set on a maeander pattern. RPC 3132. SNG Copenhagen 207. SNG von Aulock 3489. An attractive and clear example. Both sides slightly off center, otherwise, extremely fine.
