SICILY. Selinos. Circa 410 BC. Litra (Silver, 11.5 mm, 0.72 g, 4 h). Nymph seated to left on a rock, grasping with right hand serpent coiled to right before. Rev. [ΣΕΛΙΝΟΝΤ]/ION Man-headed bull walking to right; above, selinon leaf. HGC 2 -. McClean 2583. Rizzo Pl. XXXIII, 6. SNG Lloyd 1270. Toned. Struck somewhat off-center, otherwise, about very fine.

From a German collection assembled during the second half of the 20th century.
