S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI / S - C Trophy of arms with three Da­cian shields at its base. BMC 908. BN 229. Cohen 573. RIC 586. A magnificent, sharply struck example with a powerful portrait, an excellent reverse and an attractive dark, brown-gold patina. Minor die flaw on the obverse, otherwise , extremely fine.
