IONIA. Miletos. Circa 225-190 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 16.5 mm, 2.41 g, 12 h), struck under the magistrate Heroides. Laureate head of Apollo to left. Rev. HPΩIΔHΣ Lion standing to left, head turned to right; above, two stars; to left, MI monogram; behind hintleg, K. Deppert-Lippitz Period V - (but cf. 716-719 for bronze denominations struck under the same magistrate). Bright and clear; fine style. Good very fine.
