THRACE. Dikaia. Circa 480-450 BC. Triobol (Silver, 12 mm, 1.48 g, 12 h). Bearded head of Herakles to right, wearing lionskin headdress. Rev. Rooster standing to right, in a square border of pearls within in a shallow incuse square . HGC 3, II, 1452. May 21 ( A18/P18 ). Schönert-Geiss, Bisanthe, 39 ( V4/R6 ). Nicely centered and with an attractive, dark patina. Slightly rough surfaces, otherwise, good very fine.
