(rosette) x NEXOS x FAVORE x NVMINIS x QVIS x DISSOLVES; (= who would disunite those whom God put together? ) Sheaf of arrows surrounded by shields bearing the arms of Gelderland, Holland, Zeeland, Utrecht, Friesland and Overijssel.
