THRACE. Abdera. Circa 492-473/0 BC. Obol (Silver, 8.5 mm, 0.58 g, 2 h). Griffin seated to left, with raised right paw and open jaws. Rev. Head of an eagle to right; all within incuse square. May, Abdera 124, (A104/P102). Very rare. Nicely toned. Unimportant die break on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
